Salman Khan’s song Main Taare from Notebook Movie release today


After financing Notebook, Salman Khan has gone a step farther and also lent his voice to a few of the tracks in the film. The actor-producer has crooned Main Taare, the teaser of which has generated considerable buzz on the web. While its lyrics are written by Manoj Muntashir, Vishal Mishra has written the amorous number. 

Actor Salman Khan, who has previously crooned tunes like Hangover and Main Hoon Hero Tera, has taken to the mic . This time, it is for a unique tune, Main Taare in his home production, Notebook, that will be publishing on March 29. Directed by the National Award-winning filmmaker Nitin Kakkar and produced by Salma Khan, Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde, the movie has been in the news since its trailer launching. The filmmakers are releasing the full song today, following the excitement generated by the simple fact that it’s Salman singing the romantic track. He’ll also feature in the video of this song. 

Speaking about the actor-producer’s involvement in the movie by the start, be it the script, location or the soundtrack, director Nitin Kakkar says,”I am very glad that Salman sir has sung this beautiful song. While working with himI’ve discovered he puts his heart and soul in everything that he does, whether it’s a small or a major endeavor, making him a true celebrity. People have appreciated the track’s teaser. I hope there’ll be immense love for your amount, which goes live today.” 

Picturised on the direct group Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl, that are making their debut in the movie, Main Taare is a romantic song from the boy’s perspective. It arrives in a crucial stage in the movie when he realises that he has fallen in love with a girl he has never seen or met. 

Shot from the exquisite valleys of Kashmir, Notebook marks the introduction of Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl. The romantic drama, which can be introduced by Salman Khan Films, is produced by Salma Khan, Murad Khetani and Ashwin Varde. It tells the story of two fans, Kabir (Zaheer) and Firdaus (Pranutan), with a bunch of talented child artistes, who play pivotal roles in their own lives. The film releases on March 29. 


The very first tune that Salman Khan had sung was Chandi Ki Daal Par Sone Ka Mor in his movie Hello Brother (1999). The Rush 3 actor has also lent his voice into Jag Ghoomeya, 440 Volt and Sultan for the soundtrack of his 2016 blockbuster, Sultan. The celebrity has rendered many songs through time. His Main Hoon Hero Tera for his house production Hero (2015), which started Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, was a huge hit.
